- Proactively outbound and build relationships within current accounts.
- Identify and close expansion opportunities like upgrades and cross-sells.
- Manage pricing discussions and renewal conversations.
- Forecast and manage an expansion pipeline for services and partner offerings.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
- 1+ years selling custom software or technical platforms.
- 3+ years selling into manufacturing, healthcare, construction, or financial services.
- Experience managing existing client relationships with revenue responsibility.
