Description

As a Customer Advocate at Carvana, you will deliver vehicles directly to customers using our custom haulers and handle loading/unloading. Your role involves completing paperwork, inspecting vehicles, and providing a positive customer experience in the fast-growing automotive retailer.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Must be able to work 7 days a week with rotating days off
• Ability to obtain required licenses (Notary, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers using car haulers
• Load and unload vehicles onto hauler
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain tracking system
• Inspect car-hauler for safety
• Obtain Notary within 90 days
