Description

You will lead web development from inception to deployment, building performant tooling and infrastructure for a high-performance trading platform. You will partner with cross-functional teams to solve frontend infrastructure bottlenecks and optimize developer velocity and satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years web development with focus on infrastructure, tooling, or platform engineering
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, and at least one other language
• Experience with frontend infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, build systems, or internal tools
• Demonstrated ability to reduce developer friction and increase engineering productivity
• Comfortable working in complex developer ecosystems with hundreds of stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver medium to large-scale infrastructure projects
• Build and maintain performant tooling for CI/CD, build systems, and local dev environments
• Partner with product engineering to identify and resolve frontend infrastructure bottlenecks
• Optimize performance, stability, and observability of web platform and deployment pipeline
• Drive initiatives that improve developer velocity and satisfaction
