💼 About This Role

You'll lead a high-velocity SMB go-to-market engineering team at Clay, shaping how the company shows up in its highest-volume segment. Your core impact is coaching GTMEs to become trusted advisors who help companies transform their GTM motion quickly and creatively. You'll build scalable enablement systems and bridge teams to influence product.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit, onboard, and coach GTMEs in high-velocity environment
• Design scalable frameworks, discovery methodologies, and demo structures
• Synthesize patterns from high-volume deals into product feedback
• Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years leading GTMEs, AEs, or Sales Engineers
• Proven SMB or high-velocity B2B sales cycle execution
• Experience designing GTM enablement or playbooks
• Passion for GTM automation and Clay's platform
