🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and lead the architecture of end-to-end data systems
• Develop and maintain the multi-quarter technical roadmap for the data platform
• Design and implement scalable data pipelines supporting batch and streaming processing
• Lead architecture reviews and technical design discussions
• Mentor and support engineers through technical guidance and code reviews

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering
• 2+ years in a principal or staff-level technical leadership role
• Deep expertise in batch and streaming data pipeline architectures
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
