๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Respond to inbound enquiries and convert to subscription
- Manage full customer pipeline to maximize conversion
- Mentor and coach Sales Consultants to improve performance
- Take ownership of team reporting and pipeline tracking
๐ Requirements
- 2-3 years of B2C sales experience
- Proven success in phone-based sales with high conversion rates
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel for sales reporting
- Able to work alternate Saturdays
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in rideshare, mobility, or automotive industries
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Demonstrated interest in team leadership
