You'll support licensed colorists at a Madison Reed Hair Color Bar to deliver seamless guest experiences. You'll learn services and advance toward your Licensed Colorist role within 3-9 months. This role offers a clear career growth path in a supportive environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform behind-the-chair services like blowouts, styling, and toner application.
• Assist in finishing services, shampooing, and conditioning guests.
• Contribute to monthly sales goals for retail, services, and memberships.
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory standards.

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state of Texas.
• Entry-level customer service or retail sales experience.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable operating point-of-sale systems.
