You'll join a trust and safety team to protect platform integrity through data-driven abuse detection. You'll analyze behavioral signals and build scalable detection frameworks that reduce harm while minimizing friction for legitimate users.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct root-cause investigations into suspicious activity and anomalies
• Define and optimize key metrics like detection speed and false-positive rates
• Build dashboards and monitoring systems for real-time visibility
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to test policy changes

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in data analytics or trust & safety
• Strong SQL proficiency and modern BI tools (Looker, Mode, Metabase)
• Experience with large-scale event datasets and analytical investigations
• Understanding of metrics development and experimentation methodologies
