💼 About This Role

You'll own a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers, leading onboarding to renewal and expansion. You'll build senior-level relationships and translate product value into measurable business outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of AI, marketing, and commerce.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own enterprise accounts end-to-end, from onboarding to renewal and expansion
  • Lead onboarding and adoption to ensure customers realize value quickly
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders (VP+)
  • Drive renewals and expansions through consultative engagement

📋 Requirements

  • 7+ years managing enterprise accounts with renewal ownership
  • Experience working directly with Fortune 500 marketing leadership (CMO/VP level)
  • Strong ability to understand customer objectives and articulate product value
  • Comfortable leading conversations as domain expert without rigid playbooks
