💼 About This Role
You'll own a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers, leading onboarding to renewal and expansion. You'll build senior-level relationships and translate product value into measurable business outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of AI, marketing, and commerce.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own enterprise accounts end-to-end, from onboarding to renewal and expansion
- Lead onboarding and adoption to ensure customers realize value quickly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders (VP+)
- Drive renewals and expansions through consultative engagement
📋 Requirements
- 7+ years managing enterprise accounts with renewal ownership
- Experience working directly with Fortune 500 marketing leadership (CMO/VP level)
- Strong ability to understand customer objectives and articulate product value
- Comfortable leading conversations as domain expert without rigid playbooks
