Description

As a Technical Account Manager, you will support and grow our customer base by ensuring successful adoption of the Salesforce Managed Application. You'll act as a strategic advisor, helping clients align Zenkraft's solutions with their business goals while optimizing workflows and improving retention.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer-facing role owning technical relationships
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Background as Salesforce Administrator, Consultant, or Solution Architect
  • Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs
  • Fluent in Italian and English

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer onboardings and ensure full product adoption
  • Develop deep understanding of each customer's business to recommend solutions
  • Serve as technical liaison between customers and internal teams
  • Identify and promote best practices for standardization and scalability
  • Help customers maximize Zenkraft value through configuration and optimization
