Description
As a Technical Account Manager, you will support and grow our customer base by ensuring successful adoption of the Salesforce Managed Application. You'll act as a strategic advisor, helping clients align Zenkraft's solutions with their business goals while optimizing workflows and improving retention.
Requirements
- 2+ years in customer-facing role owning technical relationships
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Background as Salesforce Administrator, Consultant, or Solution Architect
- Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs
- Fluent in Italian and English
Responsibilities
- Drive customer onboardings and ensure full product adoption
- Develop deep understanding of each customer's business to recommend solutions
- Serve as technical liaison between customers and internal teams
- Identify and promote best practices for standardization and scalability
- Help customers maximize Zenkraft value through configuration and optimization
