Description

You will define the design strategy for Home Purchase, Home Refinance, and Home Equity at SoFi, driving innovation for both members and internal agents. You'll collaborate with cross-functional leads, mentor the design team, and ensure high-quality, polished experiences that break down product boundaries across the ecosystem.

Requirements

• 10+ years shipping products end-to-end
• 3+ years leading design teams of 4+ people
• Expert in UX, design, and information architecture across responsive web, iOS, and Android
• Proficient with Figma and Google Suite
• Experience using data analytics, user testing, and research to inform design decisions

Responsibilities

• Define design strategy for Home Purchase, Home Refinance, and Home Equity
• Drive innovation for SoFi members and internal agents
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Business, and Marketing leads on roadmaps and priorities
• Ensure strong design practices from concept to launch, delivering high-quality experiences
• Mentor and grow members of the larger Design organization
