💼 About This Role

You'll support cross-functional teams and organizational areas in the agile transformation journey. You'll foster agile culture beyond IT, using Kanban and OKRs to drive business outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support agile culture evolution across different areas of the organization.
• Act as facilitator, mentor, and educator of agile practices at various levels.
• Promote adoption and continuous improvement of agile frameworks like Kanban, Scrum.
• Partner with leaders to align strategic objectives to OKRs and business indicators.
• Identify workflow improvement opportunities to drive efficiency and value.

📋 Requirements

• Consolidated experience as Agile Coach in diverse organizational contexts.
• Practical experience with Kanban (mandatory).
• Knowledge in defining and deploying OKRs.
• Ability to interpret and work with business indicators.
• Experience with agile transformation beyond technology (HR, Marketing, Legal, etc.).
