You'll develop and design ML models for Coupang's advertising platform, focusing on ad quality and relevance. Your work will directly impact billions of daily ad impressions and drive revenue growth. This role offers the opportunity to build large-scale systems from growth to enterprise scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build large-scale ML models for ad targeting and ranking
• Implement ML systems for search ranking, retrieval, and personalization
• Optimize ML pipelines with Spark, Airflow, Kubeflow, and MLflow
• Define and track key performance metrics; collaborate cross-functionally

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, EE, math, stats, or related field
• 6+ years of applied ML experience
• Experience in deep learning and statistical modeling
• Proficiency in Python or Java with production ML systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's or PhD in relevant field
• Experience with search systems or recommendation engines
• Experience with LLMs, embeddings, and vector search
