🎯 What You'll Do

• Edit high-quality UGC-style video ads for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure alignment and quality.
• Contribute to pre-packaging including title and thumbnail concepts.
• Leverage AI tools to create concepts, hooks, and b-roll.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere.
• Deep understanding of short-form content hooks, storytelling, and pacing.
• Proven success editing for growing social media accounts.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools like ArcAds, VEO, Nano Banana, or Claude.
• Analytical skills and understanding of paid advertising KPIs.
• Ability to shoot a-roll and b-roll content.
