You'll guide business owners through strategic growth, combining accountability, consulting, and operational guidance to drive measurable outcomes. You'll manage a large client caseload and analyze P&Ls to identify margin improvements. This role offers hybrid eligibility after 90 days.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own a book of business and drive client relationships for long-term revenue growth.
• Lead high-stakes coaching sessions balancing immediate triage with strategic alignment.
• Analyze P&Ls to identify margin and cost structure issues and recommend changes.
• Document coaching calls with clear summaries and action items.

📋 Requirements

• 5-8+ years of business leadership experience with $5M-$100M+ revenue companies.
• Proven ability to analyze P&Ls and recommend financial/operational changes.
• Experience using AI tools to improve client outcomes and preparation.
• Ability to hold clients accountable to outcomes with empathy and directness.

✨ Nice to Have

• Executive-level presentation experience for C-suite audiences.
• Military background.
• Legal industry exposure or CPA/financial advisory experience.
