💼 About This Role

You'll own and improve onboarding operations for a fast-growing livestream shopping platform, coordinating orientations and maintaining People data accuracy. You'll lead cross-functional People Ops work and build scalable processes as the company grows. This role is based in San Francisco with a remote co-located team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and improve onboarding operations end-to-end.
• Coordinate in-person orientation at SF hub.
• Lead cross-functional People Ops initiatives.
• Maintain Workday data accuracy and audits.
• Build scalable processes for People Ops workflows.

📋 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in People Ops or HR operations.
• Must be a Workday power user.
• Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zendesk.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• Experience in a fast-growing environment.
• Knowledge of Culture Amp, Navan, Slab or Notion.
