💼 About This Role

You'll define the vision and strategy for Cortex AI Functions, the native AI layer of Snowflake's Data Cloud. You'll own the roadmap for multimodal AI primitives that let customers process text, images, video, and audio as easily as querying a table. This role bridges cutting-edge LLM research and enterprise-grade software at massive scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define the long-term vision and strategy for Cortex AI Functions
• Drive roadmap for AI primitives like text completion and classification
• Partner with engineering to evolve SQL language for multimodal data
• Identify emerging AI patterns and turn them into GA products

📋 Requirements

• 5-8+ years of Product Management experience in cloud infrastructure or AI/ML
• Deep AI fluency including LLMs, prompt engineering, and vector embeddings
• Proficiency in SQL and understanding of database internals
• Experience working directly with Fortune 500 customers

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Document AI or Agentic Frameworks
• Experience in SQL dialect design
• Prior experience as a heavy SQL developer or data scientist
