💼 About This Role

You'll support planning and delivery of bus services for the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games, coordinating route planning, vehicle allocation, and service scheduling across venues. Your work ensures reliable movement for stakeholders in a large-scale, dynamic environment. This role offers the unique opportunity to contribute to a historic global event.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop service delivery plans aligned with competition schedules and venue operations.
• Coordinate route planning inputs, stop locations, and depot pairings with internal teams and GTPI.
• Support readiness activities including simulations, test events, and venue walkthroughs.
• Monitor service performance metrics and escalate issues during Games-time execution.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in transportation planning, operations, or logistics.
• Experience in service planning, scheduling, or operational delivery in bus or fleet operations.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders for integrated operational delivery.
• Demonstrated ability in leadership and people management.

• Experience supporting system implementation or operational tools.
• Data-driven decision-making experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Transportation Planning, Urban Planning, or related field.
