Description

You will own Ceros's inbound demand engine, connecting paid acquisition, website conversion, and PLG motions to drive qualified pipeline. You'll set strategy, run experiments, and build scalable campaign systems that compound results over time.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Acquisition, ideally in B2B SaaS
• Track record of owning pipeline outcomes, not just campaign activity
• Fluency with AI tools in daily workflow
• Strong experimentation instincts: design clean tests, read results honestly, move quickly
• Analytical: comfortable in GA4, Mixpanel, or equivalent; can build dashboards and derive hypotheses

Responsibilities

• Set strategy for inbound SQL generation across paid, email, and content channels
• Design and execute always-on and moment-based campaigns
• Drive website conversion through landing pages, CTAs, sign-up flows, and A/B tests
• Identify and activate co-marketing and partnership opportunities
• Build and maintain performance dashboard with full-funnel visibility
