🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and optimize sophisticated pacing controllers for advertiser spend.
• Lead backend integration of GenAI models for creative asset generation.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience including 1+ year on ads delivery systems.
• Extensive experience with low-latency backend systems using Java, Go, or Scala.
• Proven experience building budget control systems or spend-prediction algorithms.
• Experience with experimentation platforms and understanding of variance reduction.
