Requirements

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of accounting/collections experience
• Comfortable in high-paced environment, working independently and collaboratively
• Experience with Netsuite and Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Perform AR aging review, collections outreach, cash application, credit management, and reporting
• Cross-functional collaboration with Billing and Account Management teams on disputes and credit risk
• Respond to client inquiries promptly
• Monitor AR activity daily for non-payments and irregularities
• Support process improvements and drive credit collections initiatives
