Description

You will own the identification, scoping, and delivery of AI-powered capabilities across product and operations at Splitero, a company at the intersection of financial services and property technology. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, underwriting, and engineering teams to automate workflows and build AI-first solutions, shipping working AI into production.

Requirements

• 6+ years software engineering with 2+ years building production AI/LLM applications
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic workflows
• Proficiency with low/no-code orchestration platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier)
• Strong backend or full-stack fundamentals: Python, TypeScript/Node.js, PostgreSQL, cloud platforms
• Experience with multi-agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar)

Responsibilities

• Socialize AI capabilities and maintain a prioritized backlog of AI opportunities across the org
• Build, integrate, and maintain AI-powered features using LLM APIs, RAG, and agentic frameworks
• Develop automation workflows with low-code orchestration tools (n8n, Make)
• Own full AI development lifecycle: prototyping, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, iteration
• Partner with product and operations to identify workflow automation opportunities
