💼 About This Role

You'll support procurement efforts by negotiating high-value deals for software, SaaS, hardware, infrastructure, and services. You'll tackle complex agreements, ensure compliance, and streamline processes in a fast-paced environment. This role is based in Palo Alto, California and offers the chance to work with cutting-edge AI technologies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including vendor agreements and NDAs
• Partner with engineering, finance, and operations teams to align contracts with business needs
• Create processes, templates, and playbooks for scalable contracting
• Pitch in for any needed tasks in the Legal department

📋 Requirements

• 5-10 years of legal experience through technology companies and/or law firms
• Experience in commercial contracting with focus on procurement in tech or infrastructure
• Proven track record of negotiating complex deals for software, SaaS, hardware, or data licenses
• JD from accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state
