Description

You will provide functional support for Workday HR systems, handling BAU tickets, testing new features, and assisting with system implementations and enhancements. This role ensures timely resolution of configuration issues and supports integrations between Workday and other systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, computer science, or IT
• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM
• Knowledge of Workday design, structure, functions, and business processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support by handling Workday-related BAU tickets
• Perform functional testing of Workday updates, new features, and system enhancements
• Document test cases, test results, and support procedures
• Assist in the configuration and implementation of new modules or changes in existing Workday processes
• Troubleshoot Workday configuration issues, find root cause and resolve timely
