Description

You will manage project finances for large-scale data center construction projects, including ERP setup, WIP reviews, change order management, accounts payable/receivable, and subcontractor compliance. Collaborate with project managers to ensure financial accuracy and project success.

Requirements

• 1-2 years accounting experience, project accounting preferred
• Familiarity with construction accounting helpful
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• High level of accuracy in financial reporting

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain projects in ERP system
• Conduct monthly Work-In-Process (WIP) reviews
• Issue and manage subcontractor change orders and documentation
• Process accounts payable and ensure timely payments
• Compile and submit monthly project billings and manage collections
