💼 About This Role

You'll manage all HR operations for Nabis' New York sites with ~50 employees, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Your people relations expertise will drive engagement and talent development. This role offers the chance to shape culture in a high-growth cannabis company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day people relations and build partnerships across NY-based employees.
• Oversee onboarding, induction, employee relations, LOA, FMLA, ADA, workers' comp, and offboarding.
• Lead HR investigations consistent with state, federal, and local laws.
• Oversee OSHA reporting and contribute to safety committee.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years HR experience overseeing a site with at least 50 hourly employees.
• Proven knowledge of federal and state labor laws.
• Ability to be onsite 5 days per week.
• Computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications.
