• Design and deliver training programs for Stock Controllers and retail teams
• Conduct strategic quality audits across retail operations and processes
• Analyze performance data to identify competency gaps and training needs
• Run mystery shopping evaluations to assess the real customer journey

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a training or quality assurance role in retail or customer service
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Learning Management Systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Analytical ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into training solutions
• Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching skills
