Description

You will lead the design, delivery, and evolution of safety-critical embedded software for autonomous maritime systems, owning end-to-end software outcomes across multiple teams. Your work will directly contribute to transforming defense capabilities through advanced technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Leadership experience in a high-performing technology organization
• Experienced and proficient at writing C
• Experience with an RTOS
• Familiarity with communications busses and protocols (e.g., CAN, CANFD, UART, SPI, I2C, Ethernet, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Own customer success through the design and delivery of a multi-year software roadmap spanning multiple teams
• Lead teams to architect, design, and implement trusted, safety-critical Vehicle Management Systems
• Drive development of real-time embedded software using an RTOS
• Drive development of device drivers and interfaces to sensors and actuators
• Support vehicle manufacturing and deployment with up to 20% travel
