Description

You will work closely with customers and internal teams to design, implement, and support technical solutions for our payment infrastructure, bridging product, engineering, and business to help partners integrate with our platform. This role involves pre-sales discovery, post-launch support, and shaping how our technology scales.

Requirements

• 5+ years as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar technical role
• Proficient in APIs, backend systems, and at least one programming language (e.g. Python, JavaScript)
• Experience supporting production integrations in cloud environments
• Strong grasp of system design and integration best practices
• Bi-lingual in English and Chinese

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers throughout the integration journey from pre-sales to post-launch support
• Design and articulate scalable payment solutions meeting technical and business needs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to translate feedback into product improvements
• Build and maintain solution architecture diagrams, integration guides, and technical documentation
• Troubleshoot integration issues and help shape internal tooling and processes
