You'll serve as the first point of contact for customers needing technical support via phone and email, providing guidance on online learning software and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.   • Resolve inbound customer calls and inquiries professionally and empathetically
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and peripherals
  • Document information into web-based ticketing system
  • Escalate unique issues or inaccurate knowledge base information to supervisor

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bilingual English and Spanish (CEF C1 or above)
  • Computer knowledge with internet navigation skills
  • Experience installing and troubleshooting computers and peripherals
  • Must reside within an approved US state
