You'll own the Name Screening and Payment Screening product area for a global fintech, integrating vendor solutions and optimizing matching logic. You'll define strategy and roadmap to scale controls across fiat and crypto transactions, leveraging AI for false-positive reduction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product strategy and roadmap for screening products
• Manage vendor integrations, matching logic, and AI false-positive reduction
• Partner with compliance, engineering, and data science teams
• Translate regulatory requirements into clear product requirements

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Manager experience
• 2+ years working on Screening products
• Experience with third-party screening vendors in regulated financial services
• Strong understanding of name/payment screening, sanctions, and matching logic
