Description

You will own global customer relationships from day one, providing consultative advice and driving long-term success. You'll act as a strategic and operational link between clients, digital platforms, and Smartly, working in the fast-paced online marketing industry to grow your book of business and manage global client partnerships.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of digital marketing experience (paid social/Google) in a customer-facing role at a SaaS, MarTech, or AdTech company
  • Deep understanding of paid social, Google, and digital advertising ecosystem (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest)
  • Comfortable addressing technical challenges and partnering with technical teams
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex ideas to senior stakeholders
  • Fluent in French (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a book of business across DV360, TikTok, YouTube, and Meta
  • Build trust-based relationships with senior client and partner stakeholders
  • Guide Smartly adoption to improve client stickiness, efficiency, and performance
  • Drive operational success with clear rhythms (kickoffs, QBRs, escalation paths)
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Client Partners
