💼 About This Role

You'll lead the definition, integration, and operational alignment of next-generation Hypersonic All Up Round solutions, bridging program management, engineering, and the warfighter community. Your focus will ensure Ursa Major's propulsion technologies translate into fieldable, operationally superior capabilities. This role offers the chance to shape acquisition pathways from development to production programs of record.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define end-to-end requirements, architecture, and design of All Up Round solutions.
• Engage operational weapon officers to shape requirements and identify capability gaps.
• Enable logistics and operational processes for advanced propulsion systems.
• Collaborate across engineering, programs, and business development to align technical capability with mission needs.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years in weapon/missile systems, advanced munitions, or targets.
• Demonstrated experience engaging operational warfighter communities and acquisition stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of weapon system requirements development and sustainment processes.
• Active U.S. security clearance or ability to obtain one.

✨ Nice to Have

• Operational military experience in Fires, air and missile defense, or strike.
• Working knowledge of handling systems with solid rocket motors or liquid propulsion.
• Top Secret Security Clearance.
