🎯 What You'll Do
- Provide remote IT support via chat, email, and portal
- Register and manage tickets in ITSM tool
- Create scripts and workarounds for hardware/software issues
- Execute preventive maintenance and improvements
📋 Requirements
- Experience as IT Support Analyst (remote or local)
- Intermediate knowledge of Windows OS, basics of macOS/Linux
- Basic hardware maintenance and software installation skills
- Basic network understanding and Active Directory management
✨ Nice to Have
- CompTIA IT Fundamentals or ITIL Foundation certification
- Experience with Jira and remote support tools
- Higher education in IT (at least first year)
