🎯 What You'll Do

  • Provide remote IT support via chat, email, and portal
  • Register and manage tickets in ITSM tool
  • Create scripts and workarounds for hardware/software issues
  • Execute preventive maintenance and improvements

📋 Requirements

  • Experience as IT Support Analyst (remote or local)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows OS, basics of macOS/Linux
  • Basic hardware maintenance and software installation skills
  • Basic network understanding and Active Directory management

✨ Nice to Have

  • CompTIA IT Fundamentals or ITIL Foundation certification
  • Experience with Jira and remote support tools
  • Higher education in IT (at least first year)
