You'll shape and lead the Developer Experience (DevEx) function as a first-class internal platform, defining its mission, scope and operating model. Your core impact will be enabling engineering teams to ship faster and more reliably by improving developer workflows, tooling and standards. You'll drive adoption of a unified Design System and build strong partnerships across teams to maximize organizational impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Head the Developer Experience function and define its mission and operating model
• Build a strong, inclusive team culture with sustainable delivery practices
• Enable engineering teams to ship faster by improving workflows and tooling
• Drive adoption and evolution of a unified Design System across engineering and design

📋 Requirements

• Led and grown engineering teams
• Strong people leadership experience coaching and developing engineers
• Technical background to confidently set technical direction
• Experience treating developers as customers and thinking in platforms

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Node.js, React, containerized applications
• Experience with cloud-native architectures like AWS or Google Cloud
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and GitHub-based workflows
