💼 About This Role

You'll lead capital formation and investor relations across APAC, driving fundraising for Flagship's funds and portfolio companies. You'll build relationships with sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and venture capital firms to bridge investor interest with FSP's innovative ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Nurture relationships with institutional investors across APAC
• Identify and drive investment opportunities into Flagship Global Funds
• Facilitate dialogue between investors and FSP teams
• Plan and execute investor events and briefings in the region

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years in capital formation, investment banking, or private equity
• Proven track record in fundraising and investment management in APAC
• Deep understanding of the APAC investment landscape including sovereign wealth funds
• Strong analytical and communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with life sciences or biotech investing
• Existing relationships with APAC family offices
• Familiarity with Japanese or Korean investor markets
