You'll manage delinquent accounts for a global data analytics leader. You'll contact customers to prompt payment and maintain follow-up to meet cash collection targets. This hybrid role offers night shifts and growth in a collaborative team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Contact delinquent customers by phone or email for payment.
• Provide invoices and supporting documentation as needed.
• Document all account activity in the ERP system.
• Meet individual and company cash collection targets.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of accounts receivable experience.
• Sound knowledge of OTC, collection, and dispute processes.
• Good communication skills for email and voice.
• Experience calling international customers.

✨ Nice to Have

• Ageing report analysis experience.
• Night shift availability (5:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST).
