You'll architect the internal operational ecosystem for Databricks' engineering organization, orchestrating the intersection of technical innovation and go-to-market acceleration. You will design high-fidelity frameworks that ensure every product investment is data-driven and transparent. This role is a high-leverage leadership position embedded within Engineering, moving beyond process management to create a formal Operational Association.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and govern strategic engagement model between Engineering, Product, and GTM
• Act as critical advisor to executive leadership on investment evaluation and resource allocation
• Transform disparate data signals into coherent business insights for decision-making
• Lead evolution of product development lifecycle to enhance organizational throughput

📋 Requirements

• 9 years of professional experience in Management Consulting, Product Strategy, Technical Program Management, or Operations
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, mathematical, or analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Economics)
• Expert-level SQL ability to navigate large datasets using BI platforms
• Proven track record of leading high-stakes, multi-quarter initiatives with cross-functional teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Databricks tools for extract/transform/load functions
• Experience working on Support Operations for SaaS companies
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, Looker/Tableau
