You'll own the in-product voice for a digital banking platform, shaping UX copy across onboarding, tooltips, and error states to improve clarity and adoption. You'll partner with product, design, and marketing teams to build content systems and standards that scale. Your work will directly impact how customers understand and get value from the product.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Write and refine UI copy for onboarding, tooltips, and error states
• Conduct customer interviews to understand user needs and language
• Identify friction points and improve onboarding through clear communication
• Build and maintain writing guidelines and content patterns

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in technical writing, UX writing, or content design
• Strong portfolio of in-product writing demonstrating clarity and impact
• Experience in B2B or fintech environment
• Ability to influence product decisions through clear reasoning
