💼 About This Role

You'll join an AI-first accounting team servicing property managers and real estate operators, ensuring accurate financial operations at scale. You'll own bank reconciliations, AP/AR, and owner statements for multiple clients. This role is fully remote in Mexico with a collaborative startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process bank reconciliations with triple tie-outs and unmatched transactions
• Handle management fees, owner distributions/contributions, and financial statements
• Complete move-in/move-out processes and vendor setup with W9 documentation
• Own quality of AP, AR, and bank reconciliation processes for assigned clients

📋 Requirements

• Accounting bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting roles
• Intermediate MS Office or Google Suite experience
• Advanced English proficiency
