🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach electrical theory, wiring, and troubleshooting in classroom and lab settings
• Instruct students on safe use of tools and equipment following OSHA standards
• Create a positive learning environment and document student progress
• Maintain lesson plans and lab supplies in collaboration with program leadership

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 4+ years hands-on electrical trade experience OR 3 years teaching electrical programs
• Strong understanding of electrical tools, codes, and safety practices
• Proficiency in MS Office applications

✨ Nice to Have

• NCCER ICTP Certification (company will pay for certification)
• OSHA 30-hour safety certification within 6 months
• Electrical Journeyman or Master License
