💼 About This Role

You'll join the loudest store in the mall, providing an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock and replenish products, and help keep the store visually appealing. This part-time role lets you work in a fun, energetic environment at Hot Topic.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide customer service and product knowledge on the sales floor.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales at the register.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising displays.
• Support stockroom organization and inventory maintenance.

📋 Requirements

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for shifts.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
