💼 About This Role

You'll work one-on-one with children with Autism to implement goals overseen by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. You'll use science-based teaching procedures in fun, motivating learning environments. This role offers paid RBT training and a path to certification.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collect data on client progress and behaviors
• Engage clients in play-based learning activities
• Communicate with BCBA and family members

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working with children
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute within 30 minutes
• Ability to pass a criminal background check

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
