💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing the best customer experience and help train new recruits using your fandom knowledge. You'll also assist with daily operations and meeting sales targets at a music and pop culture retailer.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return customers
• Open and close the store and provide leadership support
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
