💼 About This Role

You'll establish Virtru as foundational infrastructure for trusted data sharing across European defense, intelligence, and coalition ecosystems. Your mandate is to create a repeatable market from scratch, driving adoption across NATO, FVEY, EU institutions, and the Defense Industrial Base. This role offers the opportunity to build a scalable sales motion in a high-growth environment backed by top-tier investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute Virtru's European market strategy from the ground up
• Build and close complex, multi-country, multi-stakeholder deals
• Establish Virtru as a required component in coalition and multi-national program architectures
• Develop strategic partnerships with system integrators, hyperscalers, and defense contractors

📋 Requirements

• Citizenship within a European or Five Eyes nation
• Active security clearance (DV, SC, or EU/NATO equivalent) strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of European defense, NATO, and coalition mission environments
• Proven success closing complex deals in cybersecurity, SaaS, or data platforms

• Military, government, or intelligence background
• Experience with NATO, FVEY, EU defense initiatives, or multinational programs
• Familiarity with data-centric security or zero trust architectures
