💼 About This Role

You'll teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting. You'll follow individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs and accurately record progress in Central Reach. This role includes paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills 1:1
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Record progress in Central Reach data collection system
• Assist with BCBA assessments and relay progress

📋 Requirements

• At least 18 years old with valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Obtain RBT/CBT certification within 60 days of employment
• Ability to frequently bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), squat, sit, stand, run without accommodations
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required

✨ Nice to Have

• RBT/CBT certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• CPR/BLS certification (required in specific locations)
