💼 About This Role

You'll facilitate cross-functional project teams executing development of novel cell therapies for children. You'll build the systems and communication pathways that keep complex work on track and escalate issues before they become barriers. This role partners with other PMs to continuously improve the toolkit.

• Facilitate and support cross-functional project teams developing novel therapeutics
• Develop project management and communication tools for diverse activities
• Coordinate communication with external partners and establish best practices
• Develop and maintain project timelines and address risks with team and leadership

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years as the driving coordinating force on cross-functional teams
• 2+ years as a project manager
• Excellent facilitation skills and demonstrated influence with stakeholders
• Experience with project management tools for communicating and reporting

• Experience on cell therapy programs
