Requirements

• New graduate RN or entry-level nurse
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program
• Current RN licensure in NC
• Interest in home health care for pediatrics and adults
• Commitment to flexible scheduling

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care in home health settings
• Participate in the Nurse Residency Program with paid training
• Use electronic charting (Statewise)
• Receive clinical support around the clock
• Attend simulation labs for skill development
