• Support school-wide initiatives in special education
• Lead building high-performing teams and managing work
• Create instructional programs to improve teaching and learning
• Confer with students, parents, and staff to resolve issues

📋 Requirements

• PEL with Principal Certification is required
• Strong knowledge of IEP process and special education
• Strong knowledge of PBIS model
• Knowledge of Common Core Standards

• PEL with LBS1 Certification strongly preferred
