Description

You will guide customers in designing and building reliable, scalable systems using the MongoDB data platform. You'll partner with sales executives to solve business problems, drive deal wins, and act as a trusted advisor to users from startups to large enterprises.

Requirements

• 8-11 years related experience, 5-7 years pre-sales with enterprise software
• Minimum 3 years with modern scripting languages (e.g., Python, Node.js) or programming languages (e.g., Java, C#)
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems in cloud and on-prem
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for technical and business audiences
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable applications and systems using MongoDB
• Guide customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies
• Collaborate with sales team on account planning and technical aspects like demos and proof of value
• Proactively generate demand through technical initiatives and events
• Foster customer relationships and ensure success and satisfaction
